The IUA's HR and Training Committee was established in 2018 to encourage a greater sharing of information relating to talent, diversity, inclusion and other human resources initiatives across the association’s membership. The group provides regular input into the IUA's programme of market briefings and has hosted a number of events directly addressing issues of workplace culture. It liaises closely with the London Market Group to support initiatives aimed at promoting London specialty insurance as a destination career for new entrants to the workforce.
