When a vessel has sustained damage which is covered under the relevant Hull and Machinery (H&M) policy, a Loss of Hire policy will come into play and is based on the days that the vessel is inoperable for hire.
At this market briefing, our guest speaker will discuss the clauses and highlight what they do not say.

Rui is a Fellow of the Association of Average Adjusters and works for Richards Hogg Lindley, based in London, having previously worked in the firm’s Liverpool, Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.
