The Conference will bring together expert speakers from across the legal, broking, insurance and service provider communities to tackle pertinent issues for the Environmental Impairment Liability (EIL) market. These issues include PFAS risks and regulation, ESG and its' EIL overlap, the current regulatory environment / enforcement activity and business interruption risks.
