Delegated Lead Service: Charles Taylor currently provides Delegated Lead / Surge Support services to a considerable number of Lloyd’s and London Market Insurers. Since Charles Taylor launched the service in 2012, we have built an unblemished reputation with Insurers, Brokers, and other Stakeholders. We pride ourselves on acting as an extension of our clients' claims team and therefore, follow their claims handling guidelines - ensuring that all claims including ECF and Manual / Direct notifications are properly uploaded onto the clients in-house Claims Management System, liaising with brokers to capture all relevant information, and providing our clients with full transparency of data and claim movements.

Static Claims Management: Get your claims moving, free-up locked reserves and redirect resources to added-value claims.

Our Static Claims management service provides a cost-effective solution, ensuring:

• Regulatory requirements are met
• Reserves are kept current
• Capital remains available

Provided as an elective service, we offer our clients the option to choose which claims they want us to review. Many insurers use our service for claims which have not had a movement for 12 months or more and are formally categorised as static. Others use our service far earlier in the cycle to keep their reserves accurate and capital available. Our static claims service increases efficiency by releasing your claims adjusters’ time, enabling them to concentrate on settling complex and high value claims.

We also provide technology solutions to support the London Market, our Tide product is a centralised platform for processing and standardising bordereaux.

The Tide approach uses a direct submission into a centralised repository, which uses a key feature of highly automated process from previous processing, simple and Intuitive – Tide guides you through the process.
