Market Modernisation


The IUA has always played a leading role in efforts to improve the efficiency of business processes in the London Market. It currently operates a Process Efficiency Group (PEG), the e-Accounts Focus Group and the Electronic Claims Focus Group to support members in this area. The IUA is also well represented on various cross-market bodies, including the London Market Group.
