Rehabilitation is now an established part of the claims process and, although its use by insurers continues to grow, it still creates challenges for senior managers and claims practitioners.

Employee injury and absence is not a matter solely of concern for employers. Therefore, it is necessary educate all those concerned with benefits that can accrue from undertaking a timely and effective rehabilitation programme.

In order to improve and deliver an effective system of rehabilitation, current practices must be examined, critically appraised and discussed. On this subject of rehabilitation, to advance knowledge and interest in the subject and ultimately to facilitate the introduction of a more effective system of rehabilitation in the UK, we invite you to contribute to this vital discussion.

At this Market Briefing, Prof. Aylward will be highlighting areas where he believes - from his extensive experience - insurers could improve their approach towards rehabilitation. Attendees will be able to discuss points raised with our distinguished speaker and highly knowledgable panel.

Prof Aylward will make the initial address, to be followed by some initial responses from the panel and a question and answer session involving the audience.
