IUA’s Casualty Treaty Group has updated the Motor Excess of Loss Questionnaire for use in 2012.
The Questionnaire and accompanying Appendices can be downloaded via the links to the right of this page. A commentary has also been drafted which outlines the differences between the 2012 Questionnaire and the 2011 version.
