Non Marine Environmental

The IUA's Non Marine Environmental Committee was first established as a sub group of the association's Liability Underwriters' Group in 2010. It's first task was the production of a brochure providing information about environmental liabilities and associated insurance coverage in order to educate the market of the cover available from specialist policies and highlight some of the gaps in coverage for such risks on traditional pulic liability policies.
