UK Motor Excess of Loss Questionnaire

In November 2005, following the introduction of the Courts Act 2003 in April of that year, IUA’s Casualty Treaty Group drafted a Motor Excess of Loss Questionnaire. The questionnaire forms the main part of renewal or new business submissions on motor excess of loss treaty business and contains information a reinsurer needs to assess a risk.
