Americas

The IUA's Americas Sub-Committee is responsible for monitoring all relevant legislation and regulation emanating from North, Central and South American sources. It provides information on matters which might affect the members’ ability to trade with clients in these regions and acts as an authoritative voice for London Company market. The group was originally formed to examine developments only in the US and Canada, but expanded its remit to recognise the growing economic importance of other countries in the Americas. It reports to the IUA's Legal and Regulatory Committee.
