The Joint Marine Claims Committee (JMCC) is responsible for representing the interests and needs of marine claims practitioners in both IUA member companies and the Lloyd’s market. It aims to increase the profile of the claims sector in the London market and promote best principles and practice for marine insurance and reinsurance claims.
