The role of the IUA's Service Review Panel is to monitor the provision and standard of services provided by Xchainging Ins-sure against the service specification. It considers and agrees changes to the service specification and, where appropriate, agrees rebates due to IUA members where there has been a period of under performance as defined in the Ins-sure Services Contract.
